こんにちは。Konnichiwa! Are you interested in Japanese language/culture or planning to go to Japan? I am an experienced and qualified Japanese language teacher. I've been teaching Japanese language as a second language for over 11 years. I studied English and currently learning Spanish, so I know exactly what the challenges (and rewards!) of learning a language are like. I also work as a translator. My students' ages range from 10 to 86 years old. I love teaching as it is great to getting know different culture, meeting people, and amazing to see the students improve their Japanese language abilities and be able to communicate in Japanese. A little bit about myself: I like playing board games & video games, watching movies & anime, cooking & eating, travelling, and I do pilates 5 days a week. Let’s start speaking in Japanese :D NOTE: If you're interested in working with me, please book a 30-minute trial lesson first. Also, I would love to hear about your language goals (or anything else you think I should know), so feel free to send me a message when you book. I expect my students to do homework after each lesson. We shall check the homework together during the next lesson. THE TRIAL LESSON IS: - A 30 minutes introduction class. - An opportunity for you to see how the lessons work. - An opportunity for you to ask me any questions. - A way for us to create a plan for your learning goals. - A way to test your internet connection - Occasionally the connection can be problematic for some new online students. - A way to get to know each other. THE TRIAL LESSON IS NOT: - A cheap way for you to get your CV or written work corrected or translated. - A lesson which is focussed on the areas in which you need to improve. - A cheap way to get a 30-minute conversation class with the active intention of not continuing. Of course, if you decide that I am not the right teacher after the class and you wish to find another teacher then that is perfectly fine. ATTENTION: Cancellation/Rescheduling is only possible if you send a request for more than 24 hours before the lesson. However, if you are unable to give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling/rescheduling a lesson, the full lesson fee will be charged. If you are unable to give me at least 24 hours notice, please do NOT click any cancel/reschedule buttons. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you are considered absent, and the full lesson fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Hello everyone! My name is Asari and I'm native Japanese speaker who has 2 years of experiences in teaching Japanese! I was born and raised in Japan and I have been living in Japan till 2015. I graduated in economics degree in Tokyo and I have worked in the securities company in Tokyo for 2 years. And then, I quit all my life in Japan and I started my big journey!! First, I've decided to learn English overseas which I'd desired for years because I simply wanted to speak with more people in my life. (There are not so many people who speak Japanese in this world compared to people who speak English!! ) I went to Malta (which is the small beautiful island near Italy) to learn English and I schooled there for one year. and then I've moved to Australia and now I am living in Italy and learning Italian Language. For me, learning languages is amazing thing and it widens my mind so much. The language is a part of its culture and I really like to see the differences of the cultures. About my career as a Japanese teacher, I started to teaching Japanese 2 years ago when I was living in Australia and at the moment I teach Japanese to Italian students. since I have experiences as a student of English and Italian language school, I have learnt what is the most important thing for studying a language. I believe that "the curiosity" for the language and its culture is the essential thing for learning it and it helps to memorize the words and encourage yourself to study more. So in my lessons I try to focus on the topics that you can find the Japanese characteristics and the interesting differences so that you can find it enjoyable. And of course if you have the specific goal or requests, I am more than happy to adjust my lesson for it. The most important thing is that I understand your goals and you can enjoy the time learning Japanese with me. So do not hesitate to contact me for any questions and I am really excited to see you in the lesson! Thank you for reading my profile! ********************************* --------For book my lesson------- I usually make my schedule every week or 2 weeks so you probably can not find my available schedule over 3 weeks or more but I will be available and I am just not sure when I am available. If you find my available schedule over 1 month or more, you can book it but I am not sure if I am available so maybe I will ask you to reschedule....Sorry for this inconvenience. *********************************
I am a "Nissei" (born and raised in Mexico descended from Japanese parents). I have lived in the USA and Canada, but most of my life in Mexico. I have had several English, Japanese, and Spanish conversation groups while I was a college student. I used to work at some international companies in different positions. I think that the best way to learn other languages is by practicing, and there is no more rewarding and funny way to practice than talking!
