Hello! My name is Nina and I am from Austria. In 2014 I finished my Bachelor of Education and after I taught four years in a school. My lessons usually focused on German as a foreign and German as a second language. In 2017 I worked one year in Colegio Aleman in Mexico City. There I also taught German as a foreign language and I organized the exam for the Language Certificate A2. I have really enjoyed working as a foreign language teacher. In February 2020 I finished my study "Teaching German as a foreign language for adults at the Goethe Institution". Personally, I love to travel, to get to know new countries and to get in touch with new cultures. Another hobby is sport. I like to be out in the nature and in winter I like to snowboard. Now I am doing Yoga regularly.
I organize my lessons individually and adapt them to the needs of my learners. First we will discuss which goals you have. After that I will create a learning plan, which is based on your goals and your expectations.
During the German lessons we will work with an online platform. You will get an access (username and password) where you will find all the materials that we will use for your personalized program.
I use a variety of teaching approaches, so that it never gets boring. It is important to cover the whole range of competences in class and to motivate the student to take part actively.
If you like, I can give you homework and great variety of materials for practicing at home.
