I am a certified Spanish Teacher. I have three years of experience and I tailor my courses to the level and specific interests of my students. I have studied English, French, Italian and German, so I am well-aware how difficult it is to learn a foreign language, and I know how to make the process enjoyable and effective.
We can study Spanish in a comprehensive way, by developing communication skills hand in hand with grammar, or we can focus on an specific task of your choice (such as conversation). We can also discuss and read texts about the cultural, political and historical aspects of Mexico and Latin America. I very much enjoy talking about books, films, music, and arts in general.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Latin American Studies from the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature of the National University of Mexico (UNAM), and I took a certification in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language in the same institution. In 2016 I received the National Arts Council (FONCA) Grant for Poetry, and in 2014 I was awarded a National Science Council (Conacyt) Scholarship for Research in Humanities.
