Hi, my name’s Kirsty and I’m 30 years old and married. I live in South Africa where I grew up, but I was born in England and I did my Masters degree, at Sheffield Hallam University, in International Criminal Justice, where I graduated in 2013. Three years ago I completed my TESOL degree at the University of Witswaterstrand, in South Africa. I have over 2,000 hours of teaching experience.
I’ve also been a teaching assistant in extra mural art classes, I’ve been a mentor to several younger children, and I’ve helped host community events that raise awareness and hold workshops for both young and old people. Most recently I’ve spent over two years in Vietnam teaching English to all ages - from 18 months to 18 years! And I love working with children to develop their language skills.
